How to prepare High Coffee?
You can drink High Coffee with water, milk or plant-based beverage. We recommend adding the powder first and then the hot liquid. If you want to drink it cold, add the ice afterwards. For better dissolution, use a mixer or blender.

Pode beber o High Coffee com água, leite ou bebida vegetal. Recomendamos colocar o pó primeiro e só depois o liquido quente. Se quiser beber frio, adicione o gelo após. Para melhor dissolução utilizar um misturador ou bater na liquidificadora.
What is the best time to take it?
We recommend taking it in the morning or throughout the day. Avoid using it at night due to the presence of stimulating ingredients such as coffee or green coffee.
How do I know if it's for me?
High Coffee should not be consumed by children, pregnant women, women who are breastfeeding or anyone who is allergic to any of the components listed on the label. If you have any medical condition, consult your doctor if you have any doubts.
Does it have gluten? And lactose?
High Coffee is a 100% Vegan product, free from animal products. It is also gluten-free.
How much caffeine does it have?
For each dose, High Coffee 2.0 has the equivalent of 65mg of caffeine. According to the EFSA, values up to 200mg do not present any risks. However, sensitivity to caffeine varies from person to person and may be associated with factors such as body mass, taking certain medications or the existence of pathologies.
